If you’re looking for a fast way to make money, here is what you’re going to do:

-You are going to create a website
-The website is going to be a child care referral service
-You will market this website to nannies and other child care providers
-You will also market to individuals needing nannies and child care providers
-You will hook people up with individuals in their area who can take care of their child

And there are several ways that this will work for you.

The first way is that you can charge a fee to provide the referrals. The second way is to charge a membership fee to those looking for child care providers. The third way is to charge a membership fee for the child care providers looking for people’s children to take care of. You can do all of these things if you wish. It is entirely up to you. But the point is that you can start making the money within a week.

This is a quick way to make money and you’ll be very glad that you did it when you see the cash rolling in. There will also be a lot of individuals happy because you’re helping them find jobs and there will be happy parents because they won’t have to work so hard to find a great nanny. And what’s great is that having a referral service means that individuals can report bad nannies. You can keep bad nannies out, so that way there are great individuals watching these children.

But don’t forget to make sure everyone understands you are not liable for bad nannies. You are just a referral service.

If you need money now, like I mean in the next hour, try what I did. I am making more money now than in my old business and you can too, read the amazing, true story, in the link below. When I joined I was skeptical for just ten seconds before I realized what this was. I was smiling from ear to ear and you will too.

Cooperative daycare is a group of families in a community that decide to share the tasks of handling children by swapping with their extra time with each other than spending money for someone to babysit your child or children. With this, the members of the cooperative have the access to child care services so they do not have to get a paid babysitter for their child.

There are lots of benefits to a cooperative daycare. For beginners, this one is easier and more affordable than babysitting, than relying on about 1 or 2 carers that at times are not available. But having access for about 10 to 20 families, it would be easier to find someone quickly.

For parents who do not have family nearby, the best option that they can get is to bring their children to the coop, so they can spend few hours without their children without the additional costs of child care of baby sitter.

With the costs that one can have in getting paid baby sitter, some are rather using cooperative daycare to provide regular care. Sharing the tasks among other families can make it much easier in looking up for the children.

If you are putting cooperative daycare, a group of parents should come together with a goal of creating a parent-run daycare. There are lots of principles that should be considered in putting up a coop. Read on.
You have to provide safe and caring home to children. You have to assure the healthy diet for the children such as organic, vegetarian and balanced. Make sure that the place is safe and has a healthy environment and free from pesticides and any toxics that can be harmful to the children’s health. In having a coop, you have to focus on providing the special needs of the children either health, dietary or behavioral matters. Assure that the social and educational level that you would be providing is high. Make sure that the cooperative daycare works not only for the children but for the parents as well. With this, parents can be flexible between caring for their children and as well their careers.

There are factors that can provide you success in putting up a cooperative daycare. In putting up a coop, you have to set all the rules first, so everyone will know how the process will work. How large or small will your coop be? The best is a minimum of 5 and maximum of 25. What will be the starting point of each family? How will they be introduced? How much time should each family provide?

These are few of the good ways that you need to consider in putting up a cooperative daycare.

If you are facing going back to work after having a baby, chances are you are looking for a daycare provider. You can either choose to have your child in a home daycare situation, or a structured daycare center. If you choose a center, there are a few things you should look for to ensure you are getting a great daycare center for your child.

Narrow down your search by making a list of the things you need in a center. For instance, is it important that there be small groups of children, or that the center is close to home, or do you need a center close to your work? These are the kinds of questions that will help you decide on a smaller group of centers to choose from.

Next, talk to anyone you can to research your different possibilities. Talk to your pediatrician, friends, co-workers and referral agencies in your area. While talking to these people and researching different centers, remember to keep in mind your list of what is important. Create a list of centers. Find out if they are accredited, or if they have ever received an award.

Create a list of centers that have a good reputation and will meet your needs. Then call them. Conduct a phone interview and write down your initial feeling about this call. Ask about policies, fees, activities, numbers, philosophies and hours. Find out how flexible they are. Find out if you can request special things, such as certain foods. Find out if they will have the same teacher and how many children per teacher they have. Find out what the qualifications of the teachers are.

If you do not have a good feeling about your phone interview, cross those centers off your list. For the centers you had a good feeling about, schedule an interview at the center. Have them give you a list of the schedule and activities. Look around the center carefully. Is it clean? Is the temperature appropriate? Is the environment safe? Verify that the teacher per child ratio is what you were quoted on your phone interview. Do the children look like they are having fun? Ask all your questions and make sure there are no places you cannot have access to. Record your feelings about the in person interview.

Once you have narrowed down your list again, ask for references of children who are at the center and call those parents. Find out if they recommend the center. This will be one of the most telling parts of your research.

Finally, take your child to visit the center. See how he or she acts around the teachers and children. Does your child look like he or she would be happy in the center? Keep in mind that a young child is not going to rush into a new group and start playing the first time, so he or she may stay close by you. But you are a parent and you will probably have the ability to discern if he or she would eventually be comfortable in the center.

Once you find the center you would like, you need to enroll your child, because quality centers usually have a waiting list. Don’t let this discourage you. Get your name on the list and find a babysitter until a position becomes available. Getting a quality center is worth a short wait!

Children and chaos go hand in hand. If you’re planning your very own home daycare center and intend to create a successful business, remember that a clean and healthy daycare leave a fantastic impression on potential clients (or more likely, on their parents). Here are a few tips you should follow to keep your daycare clean and healthy: A great looking, clean-smelling daycare does wonders for first impressions-and creates lasting ones as well.

CLEAN!

One thing you always have to do-every day is sanitize everything. Paint is bound to spill, chocolate is bound to smear, and toys are bound to find their way into little mouths. Wipe down every surface with a mixture of bleach and water (before you gasp its one tablespoon bleach for every gallon of water). These include anything that the children touch. Do this every day on toy shelves, chairs and tables to prevent parents from wrinkling their noses when the come in. If you’re against using bleach, a hot water mixture with a little non-toxic germ killer can do the trick as well.

Launder all cloth items at least once a week. These items include sleeping bags, pillows, blankets and any other cloth items in your daycare center. If they are stained or vomited on, immediately replace them with fresh cloths. Don’t let the stains set in, immediately wash them with hot water.

Wash curtains and carpets once a month. This way, stains don’t set in. Curtains are notorious for keeping dirt around. You can change them weekly or wash them when you please. Kids are probably going to use your curtains as hiding places, so this will get rid of any leftover saliva, peanut butter or dirt from little hands. Wipe down mats and other porous surfaces that smells can stick to. Nothing turns a parent off faster than the lingering smell of feet or an overflowing diaper pail. Remember to regularly throw trash. It can get hectic in a day care center, so have a regular time per day.

Don’t leave things lying around. Encourage the kids to pick up after themselves or do it yourself. Rinse dishes immediately. Don’t let food, paint, glue or any other material stay on the floor. This will not only give a bad impression but it’ll be harder to remove these stains in the long run. Be neat about things like shoes, bags, umbrellas and coats. It will make clean up time so much easier for you.

HEALTHY!

Running a clean day care center can contribute a lot to the health of your charges. Here are a few other tips that will help you maintain a healthy atmosphere for you and your children.

Have requirements as well. If parents have chosen your day care center, make sure that you provide them with a list of necessary vaccinations and requirements that you have. This is to ensure the health and safety of all the children in your care. Children are notorious for having contagious diseases-you wouldn’t want to end up caring for an entire center full of kids down with the chickenpox.

Don’t let parents bring their children when their still contagious. Unless your day care has a special sick room, one contagious child out for a day won’t affect your profit. All of charges down with flu? That will.

Have a list of each child’s allergies and triggers. This will help you not only with planning menus but from accidental exposure that could lead to asthma or allergy attacks. Nothing beats a well-ventilated clean area in preventing them. Fresh air circulating through your daycare will do a lot of the work for you. On sunny, good days, keep the windows open. You can invest in a good air filter to keep those pesky germs from floating around and to clean the air of insect debris, pollen or other allergens. We don’t recommend the use of air fresheners because these can irritate delicate noses and some contain chemicals that may be harmful to kids.

Following these simple tips can keep your daycare clean for everyone and healthy for the children in your care. You will also benefit from a great child care environment both money wise and health wise.

Starting a day care center has good points you can consider. If you want to make an income while staying home and caring for your own children, a day care center maximizes skills at homemaking and knowledge at parenting, plus it turns out profit. At a loss as to where to start? Here are quick and an easy pointer to guide your day care plans.

First, know state laws and other regulations in your area. Starting a day care center calls for compliance to these guidelines. These define the requirements as to the area, meals and feeding schedules, staffing concerns and necessities that your center must have to operate.

Write a business plan. Consider the state laws and other rules on child care institutions. You will need this when you have to source out funds from banks and lending institutions. A sound business plan will assure them that you know how to run the business and that all state laws are followed.

Examine financing options. If you cannot tap into your own resources, find a lender. Another option is to start out of your own home.

Once you have had all bases covered, you can start purchasing supplies, furniture and equipment. If you plan to start home-based, childproof your home.

Increase your knowledge in child care. Know first aid administration. Take CPR classes. Some regulations require that all staff be licensed in CPR before you start a day care center.

Advertise your day care facility. Flyers, pamphlets. posters, local radio plugs and newspaper ads can help bring in clients

Before starting a day care center, you should love working with children, before anything else. Work with parents. Make them your partner. Inform them of all that relates to their child. Caring for children is a hard work, but your love for them will guide you through.
