Before you start your daycare center you have to decide how many children you want to serve. This question will continue to be relevant during the time when you run and expand your daycare.

What questions should you ask yourself when deciding how many children you should have at your daycare center?

1. What is the legal limitation – In many states, you are limited to a certain number of children by the level of certification you have. You may be allowed up to 4 children without a license and need to get a certain certification in order to be licensed to serve more.
